How To Report On Completed Applications Using Taleo OBI Reporting

In some cases, you may want to filter out incompleted applications when reporting on your Taleo job submission data. This will mimic what your Taleo users see within the application if you have the setting to filter out incomplete applications activated. Many organizations do not want their recruiters and hiring managers to consider incomplete applications.

If you look under Job Submissions and the Submission General Info there is a field called “Submission Is Completed”.  You can pull that into a filter as you see below.  When you set it equal to “Yes” then you should only get those applications that are considered completed.
