If you have been working with Oracle software products over the years you have likely experienced the frustration of links to the documentation for your platform moving overtime and from version to version. In our case, it is the Oracle Taleo documentation that we are searching for. We try and keep this page up to date with the specific links to the Taleo documentation.

This takes you to an Oracle Support page with all the jump links to all the Taleo documentation:

This link will get you to all the PDF versions of the Taleo user and implementation guides. I think this is the most useful. I prefer the PDF versions rather than many of the links on the support site that take you to their online version (which does not include the elusive career section configuration manual).
